Site Inspection

The building process starts off with

a land assessment to ensure your

new home complies with all the

necessary regulations.

 

This includes a site inspection, a borehole soil test, preparation of a zoning certificate and a comprehensive contour survey of your land.

Design & Planning

Design & Planning is the start of an exciting and enjoyable part of your building journey. We will meet with you to customise your plans and tender.  We handle all aspects, understanding that each home owner is different, making it a special experience from the beginning.

Approvals | Pre Construction

Bourne Group Australia make the approval process easy.  We communicate with all relevant authorities on a regular basis to address any concerns and

ensure a smooth fast approval process for building your new home.

Construction

The moment you have been waiting for begins! We’ll introduce you to your construction supervisor who ensures your home is built to the highest of quality standards and on time.

Your Construction Supervisor will be your primary contact throughout this process. They will provide regular updates.

Completion | Handover

Congratulations on completing your new home!  You now have a beautiful space to call your own.

Warranty

At Bourne Group Australia, we do not leave you once the keys are handed over, we are there to support you in the next few months should anything arise.

 

Bourne Group provide you with a warranty that covers any defects or issues that may arise within a certain timeframe.
